Lavender Cottage

Lavender Cottage stands in a secluded spot within walking distance of Lyme Regis, on three floors. The living rooms are a sitting room with a feature fireplace, wood panelling and original wood flooring, and a kitchen/diner with original tiled flooring and a range cooker. The kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven and grill and a fridge/freezer, and the cottage also has a utility room and a washing machine/tumble dryer. A smart TV and WiFi are provided, and the central heating runs on gas.

The cottage sleeps six across four bedrooms: a double, a room with children's bunk beds, a second-floor double with an en-suite walk-in shower, and a second-floor single. The other bathroom has a bath, a basin and a WC. Because of the size and layout, the number of adults is capped below six, so a full party needs to include children. Confirm the mix of adults and children when booking.

At the back, a gravelled garden area has a patio and furniture. The rear courtyard is open to the neighbouring courtyard gardens and is not fenced. There is no allocated parking: a public car park is a short walk away, payable on site and subject to availability. The staircases are narrow and may not suit the very young, the elderly or the infirm, and stairgates will not fit them. Shops and pubs are both 0.1 miles away.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a family with older children who are comfortable on narrow stairs.
