Little Ascot

Little Ascot is a bungalow close to Lyme Regis, with everything on one level. It sleeps six in three bedrooms: two king-sizes and a twin. The one bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and there is a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The sitting room has a feature fireplace, and the dining room is a conservatory. In the kitchen are an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, with a separate utility room, and a smart television and WiFi are provided. Heating is gas central with a gas fire. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a highchair is available.

There are two gardens. The front one has mature trees and shrubs, and the rear one has a small lawn and furniture, plus a patio with a view of the surrounding trees. Off-road parking takes up to three cars, which is useful for a group arriving in more than one. The nearest shop is 0.4 miles away and the nearest pub 0.5 miles.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The bungalow suits a family or friends travelling in two or three cars, with a dog, who want all the rooms on a single floor.
