Little Bay View

Little Bay View is a ground-floor apartment in Lyme Regis, in a secluded spot with a shop 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles away. French doors open onto a decked terrace with patio furniture and views across to the Jurassic coastline.

The apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a sofa bed in the living space is made up if you ask when booking, which takes it to four guests. The shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Gas central heating warms the apartment, and the kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a TV and WiFi, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Reaching the apartment involves some internal steps and two external steps. There is no parking at the property: a public car park a short walk away takes payment on site, and spaces depend on availability. The apartment welcomes pets and is non-smoking.

It suits a couple who want the king-size bedroom to themselves, with the sofa bed for visitors, and who are happy to walk a short way to a pay car park.
