Lodge 18

The sitting area at Lodge 18 has a corner sofa, a TV and a woodburning stove, and it shares an open-plan room with the kitchen and a dining table. The lodge is a single-storey building on the Burnbake Forest Lodges and Campsite park near Corfe Castle, and it sleeps four. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove are covered by the rent, along with bed linen and towels. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher, and there is WiFi and central heating. The decking outside has furniture and a hot tub, and the lodge has off-road parking.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath with a shower over it. The second bedroom has twin beds that zip and link, and it can be made up as a double on request. A separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC is the second bathroom.

A cot and highchair are available on request. Infants count towards the party number, and each costs extra per stay. Barbecues must be disposable ones, which can be bought on site. If you will arrive after 6pm, call to arrange key collection. The shop and pub are 2.8 miles away. The lodge suits a family of four with a baby, or two couples who want the option of a double in the second room.
