Lodge 8

Lodge 8 has two bathrooms and a clear division of them: the king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, while the two twin rooms are served by a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. Six guests sleep in total, in a forest setting near Corfe Castle.

The living space is open plan, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area around a woodburning stove. Appliances are an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and the entertainment is a TV and a DVD player alongside WiFi. Central heating is fitted, and the rent includes fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove as well as bed linen and towels.

Outside, the decking has furniture and a hot tub. A sauna and cold plunge can be added for an additional fee, with private sessions subject to availability. Parking is provided, and the barbecue stand takes disposable barbecues only. A shop and a pub are 2.8 miles away.

Cots and highchairs can be provided on request, charged per stay, and infants count towards the party of six. Guests arriving after 6pm should call about key collection. No pets and no smoking. The lodge suits friends or a family who want a bath as well as showers, a sauna option, and a hot tub on the decking.
