Lottys Lookout

Lottys Lookout is a detached house within walking distance of Lyme Regis, with an open-plan living area whose French doors open onto a sun terrace. Besides the kitchen/diner and sitting room there is a utility room. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size room, a twin whose zip-link beds can be made up as a king-size if you ask when booking, and a room with bunk beds for children. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower. A highchair is provided.

The open-plan space holds a seating area and a dining area. Outside, the gardens have lawns, a sun terrace and garden furniture, and off-road parking takes two cars. The nearest shop is 0.6 miles away and the nearest pub 0.5 miles. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed.
