Lyme Zest is a ground-floor apartment in Victoria House, a Victorian building in Lyme Regis that was once the station hotel and has recently been converted into apartments. High ceilings and large windows give it views over the town to the sea and coastline beyond, and large doors open onto an enclosed decked veranda with furniture. The shop is 0.5 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles and the beach 0.6 miles.

The open-plan living space joins a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, airfryer and slow cooker, with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided. There is a TV with Netflix, a DAB radio and WiFi. The double bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower, the twin has two single beds of 2ft 6in, and a separate bathroom has a bath. Electric central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Off-road parking is for one car only, and a bike shed is available. One small or medium-sized well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. It suits a couple, or two friends sharing, who want a ground-floor apartment with its own parking space and a dog.
