Lynchway

Lynchway is a detached house near the beach in Lyme Regis, with its main living on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with an electric AGA cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a dining room with a table for six, a sitting room with a Smart TV and an electric fire, a conservatory, and an enclosed garden with a lawned area.

There are two bedrooms. The king-size has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC, the second is a ground-floor twin, and the ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower. Two extra beds for children bring the total to six, and they are for children only. A travel cot and a highchair are available.

Parking is by permit for one car in the local car park. Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, with a Good Housekeeping bond payable. Christmas bookings need a stay of at least four nights. The pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away and the shop 0.3. It suits a family of up to six with children who want a house with a garden and a conservatory.
