Moonbeam View

Moonbeam View is a ground-floor apartment in the former Station Hotel in Lyme Regis, now converted into several flats. The living area has high ceilings, large windows and views across the town to the coast and sea, and the two bedrooms look the same way. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.4 miles and the beach 0.5 miles.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite. The double has a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it, and the twin has zip-linked beds, which can be made up as a super-king on request, and a shower room. The apartment also has a cloakroom with a WC. The open-plan kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, and there are electric central heating, a TV, WiFi, a DAB radio and a hairdryer. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a highchair and travel cot are available.

One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Parking is off the road for one car. The courtyard, with furniture and bike storage, is enclosed but not attached to the apartment, and is reached through the car park at the rear. There are two steps to the exterior. Smoking is not allowed, check-in is from 4pm, check-out is by 10am and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple or two couples, or a small family, who want a sea view and a dog-friendly base.
