Moongate

Moongate is a three-bedroom house on the outskirts of Christchurch, with a conservatory entrance and a garden at the back. It sleeps eight, and it suits a family with children or two couples with younger guests, because one of the three bedrooms is a bunk room.

The conservatory leads into an open-plan lounge and dining area, with a Smart TV, plenty of seating, and picture windows and patio doors facing the garden. The kitchen has a double electric oven, an electric hob, a dishwasher, an American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave and an air fryer, and a utility room alongside holds the washing machine. A shower room is on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom has a Juliet balcony over the garden and Jack and Jill access to a second shower room, which can also be reached from the landing. The family room has a high vaulted ceiling, a balcony, two single beds and a double day bed. The third bedroom is a built-in bunk room. A small gallery landing sits under a skylight.

The back garden is secure and has a summer house and outdoor furniture. Off-road parking is for three cars on the driveway. A pub and a shop are half a mile away and the beach is 2.5 miles away. One dog is allowed, with extra charges possible. The house has a Ring doorbell for security. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am.
