9A Wick Lane

9A Wick Lane is a house in the centre of Christchurch, arranged for six guests. Downstairs is an open-plan space that combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, an under-counter fridge and a separate freezer, and a washing machine and dishwasher are provided as well.

The bedrooms are on the first floor: two have king-size beds and the third is a twin. All of them share a single bathroom with a bath, a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC, and there is a separate cloakroom.

At the back is an enclosed garden with a lawn, a patio and outdoor furniture. Two cars fit in the private car park at the rear of the house. A cot and a highchair are available on request. Heating is gas central heating, WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 9.30am.

No pets and no smoking, the house cannot take hen, stag or similar parties, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. A shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. It suits a family or a group of up to six who want a central base and a car park of their own.
