Trinity Cottage

Trinity Cottage is an end-of-terrace cottage on two floors in the old town of Christchurch. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a dining table and the sitting area, and a patio door leads straight out to the enclosed garden.

The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Central heating, fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels, and there is WiFi and a TV. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board and highchair are always in the property.

The three bedrooms are a king-size, a double and a twin, each with storage for your belongings. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and a separate cloakroom has a basin and WC. Off-road parking takes two cars, and boats and paddle boards can be hired nearby.

The enclosed garden has a table and chairs for eating outside, and the old town has castle ruins and a priory, with ferries running up the River Stour. The nearest pub is 0.1 miles away, the nearest shop 0.2 miles, and the beach 2.2 miles. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a family of six or two couples who want to be in the old town without giving up parking.
