6 Inveravon

6 Inveravon is a four-bedroom house over three floors in Christchurch. A super-king-size room and a bunk room are on the second floor, while the king-size bedroom and the single bedroom both have balcony access. Together they sleep seven, and a travel cot is available.

There is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area, where a Smart TV carries Netflix, plus a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave and a dishwasher, and a highchair is available. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a ground-floor wet room has a walk-in shower. Heating is electric, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

At the back, an enclosed courtyard garden has furniture, and the house also comes with use of a private residents' slipway and boat park. The off-road space takes one car, with more parking on the adjacent road. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.1 mile and the beach 0.8 miles.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a family or two couples travelling with children who want a bunk room and balcony access from two of the bedrooms.
