Solent Breeze

Solent Breeze is a four-bedroom house in Mudeford, a suburb of Christchurch. It sleeps eight, with a driveway for three cars out front and a garage that holds more than bikes.

Inside, a hallway with a separate WC leads to a lounge with a bay window and Smart TV, and to a kitchen/diner at the back that overlooks the garden. The kitchen has a range-style cooker with a gas hob and electric oven, an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee machine, an air fryer, a slow cooker and a washing machine. A conservatory off the dining area seats everyone and opens onto the garden. A travel cot and a highchair are available.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, a twin and a bunk room. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The garden is fully enclosed, faces south and has furniture and a 6-burner gas barbecue. The garage can store bikes, kayaks and paddleboards, and it also holds a 7ft 3-in-1 games table with pool, air hockey and ping pong.

Two dogs are allowed, and extra charges may apply. The beach, pubs and shops are within walking distance, and a fishing lake nearby needs a day permit. Tennis courts can be hired at Mudeford Wood Community Centre. CCTV covers the driveway only. Stag and hen parties are not permitted, and group bookings may be checked to confirm the stay is a holiday. The house suits a family or two families sharing, especially with dogs and sports gear.
