Naunton Cottage

Naunton Cottage in Lyme Regis sleeps four in two bedrooms. The king-size room also has a fold-out single bed, but that is an extra bed in the same room and does not raise the total of four. The other bedroom is a double. Both rooms share a family shower room with a walk-in shower, and a ground-floor cloakroom adds a WC.

Parking is not at the property. The cottage comes with one permit for the Woodmead car park on Hill Road, with no allocated space, within a ten-minute walk. In the other direction the sea front is two to three minutes' walk, the shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.2 miles. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Stairgates do not fit the stairs properly.

The sitting area has a woodburning stove, and the kitchen and dining area share the same open-plan room. Cooking is on an electric oven and a gas hob, with a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine that takes original pods, which are not supplied. A smart TV, WiFi, gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent. Behind the house the garden is enclosed, with a patio and furniture. Pets and smoking are not allowed and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits two couples or a small family who are happy to walk to a car park.
