No. 2, 26 Broad Street is a split-level apartment over the first and second floors of a conversion in Lyme Regis. The second-floor living space combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and it has porthole windows and French doors that open onto a balcony. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a TV with Sky, a DVD player and WiFi, and gas central heating runs through the apartment.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The king-size has an en-suite with a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC, and the other two bedrooms are twins. The main bathroom also has a bath, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Outside there is a terrace and a balcony with patio furniture, and children must be supervised at all times on the terrace and steps. The rear lower balcony is out of use until new fibreglass is fitted. Several steps lead up to the apartment. One permit is supplied for the NCP Pitthouse car park opposite, subject to availability. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

A shop and a pub are each 0.1 miles away. It suits two families, or three couples, who want a central flat and can manage steps.
