Number 10 The Penthouse

Number 10 The Penthouse is a duplex apartment in Swanage, reached by a lift from the ground floor or by the stairs. Its roof terrace has furniture and views of the sea, and the beach is 0.2 miles away, with the pub at 0.1 miles and the shop at 0.3.

Five people can stay. One bedroom is a double with a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower; the other is a family room with a double bed and a single. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Two Smart TVs, a DAB radio with a soundbar and WiFi are provided, along with gas underfloor heating, a whole-house ventilation system, fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A highchair is available.

Parking is in an underground garage that takes two cars. The apartment cannot accept a Sunday changeover and has a three-night minimum stay. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The apartment suits a family of up to five, or a couple travelling with friends, who want the sea close by and are happy to use a lift or stairs.
