Ocean View - Swanage

Ocean View is a terraced house with a reverse layout, in a quiet, elevated spot east of the town centre in Swanage. Beneath it are two covered off-road parking spaces. The beach, pubs and shops are all within half a mile.

A private entrance door opens onto an inner hallway with a utility area, which holds a washing machine, and a separate WC. A flight of stairs leads to the first floor and the two bedrooms. One is a double with an en-suite bathroom, and the other is a twin room with a single bed and a bunk bed, which has an en-suite shower room.

A winding set of stairs goes up to the second floor, where the living space is: an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with sea views across the rooftops opposite. The kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, and the lounge has a TV.

A private balcony with seating for two leads off the lounge and has sea views. The property also has use of a shared garden with flower beds, a lawn and benches, a short stroll away, with views of the bay. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The property suits a family of up to five, or a couple with a child, who want sea views and a parking space under the building.
