Phoenix Cottage

Phoenix Cottage stands in the Town Mill area of Lyme Regis, where a bakery, a microbrewery, independent shops and a pub are all close by. The beach and the shop are 0.2 miles away and the pub is 0.1 miles. It sleeps four across three floors.

Each upper floor has a bedroom: a double on the first floor and a king-size on the second, where the bed sits under the eaves and headroom is restricted. Lower ceilings and beams run through the house, as you would expect at its age. The first floor has a shower room with a shower, basin and WC. The top-floor bedroom has an en-suite basin and WC but no shower, and there is a cloakroom downstairs as well.

The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with a large Smart TV and a breakfast bar. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Underfloor heating is fitted, and WiFi and a radio are provided. On the first floor, a stable door opens onto an enclosed roof terrace with furniture.

Parking outside the cottage is allowed for up to one hour, and a long-stay car park is within easy walking distance. One well-behaved dog is welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple, or two friends, who are happy to climb stairs between three floors.
