River Lym Cottage

River Lym Cottage stands on the banks of the River Lym in Lyme Regis, and the sitting area at the front looks over the water. Downstairs there is an open-plan sitting and dining area with exposed stonework and a stained glass window, a kitchen, and a utility area with a wash basin and WC. Appliances include a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a gas oven and grill.

The two bedrooms, a double and a twin, are upstairs, with the bathroom on the same floor: it has a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is no cot space.

To the side is a small gravel seating area with a table and chairs. The off-road space takes one car and measures 2.2m by 4.8m, so check that your vehicle fits. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

The beaches are a short walk away, and Monmouth Beach and East Beach are both dog-friendly all year round. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles. The cottage suits a couple or a small family, with or without a dog or two.
