Ross House

Ross House is a three-bedroom cottage in the centre of Lyme Regis. The sitting room is on the first floor, where picture windows frame views over to the sea and the Jurassic coastline, and the kitchen/diner has a patio door leading outside. A terrace has patio furniture.

The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. A hairdryer is supplied. There is a utility room, and the appliances include a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. There is WiFi, a TV, a DVD player and a DAB radio.

The bedrooms are a king-size, a twin whose zip-link beds can be made up as a super-king on request, and a double. A bathroom has a bath and a walk-in shower, and a cloakroom has a basin and WC. A travel cot is available on request.

Parking is in a public car park a short walk from the cottage, subject to availability and payable on site. No pets and no smoking. The shop and pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the cottage suits a family or two couples who are happy to walk from a public car park.
