Sandpiper

Sandpiper is a detached house on a small cul-de-sac on the eastern side of Lyme Regis. Its sitting room is on the first floor, with views over to the sea and the coastline, and French doors open onto a balcony. A sunroom has doors to the garden, and the kitchen has a dining area with a woodburning stove.

Three bedrooms sleep six. A king-size and a twin are on the ground floor, and a second king-size makes up the set. There are two shower rooms with walk-in showers, one of them on the ground floor, and a utility room. Gas central heating is fitted, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Logs for the stove are not included.

The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a hairdryer is supplied. A Smart TV, a DAB radio and wifi are provided. The patio garden has a table and chairs, and parking is for three cars. The nearest shop is 0.7 miles away and a pub 0.6 miles.

No pets and no smoking. The house suits a large family or a group of up to six who want two bedrooms downstairs and a first-floor lounge.
