Sea Fever

Sea Fever is a first-floor apartment directly on Marine Parade in Lyme Regis, with views over to the sea. A window seat in the open-plan living space overlooks them, beside the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The nearest shop and the nearest pub are each 0.1 miles away.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, which sleep four, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, a grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer, and the apartment has a Smart TV, a hairdryer and WiFi. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The building has no lift, and there are a number of stairs up to the apartment. There is also no cot space. Parking is not at the property: a public car park a short walk away is payable on site and subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. Sea Fever suits a couple or a family of four who are happy with stairs and want the seafront and harbour area on the doorstep.
