Sea Glass is a split-level apartment in a conversion of a detached Victorian property in Lyme Regis. The sitting room has a traditional fireplace and French doors, the kitchen/diner has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer, and a feature staircase leads to the first-floor bedroom, which has views of the coastline.

The bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail. Gas central heating is fitted, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and there is a Smart TV, a DVD player and WiFi.

Allocated parking is for one car, and the property has an EV charging point: bring your own cable, as none is provided, and pay by QR code at the charger. Outside is a gravelled seating area with patio furniture. External steps lead up to the apartment, and it sits halfway up Silver Street, a steep hill, which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

The beach is 0.3 miles away, the shop 0.2 miles and the pub 0.1 miles. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. No pets and no smoking. It suits a couple who want their own parking space and a charger.
