Seagull Cottage

Seagull Cottage stands in the centre of Lyme Regis and sleeps six. The living/dining room has sofas, a Smart TV, an Alexa speaker and a wood-burning stove, with a dining table in the same room. Logs are not included but can be bought locally. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

Upstairs on the first floor are the three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. They are served by a bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin and a WC, and there is a second shower facility on the ground floor, a wet room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A travel cot is provided, but guests supply the bedding for it.

Behind the cottage is a gravelled rear garden with a patio and furniture. Private off-road parking takes two medium-sized vehicles, and guests have occasionally got a large people carrier in. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, and a welcome pack of milk, tea and local treats is provided on arrival.

The pub and beach are each 0.1 miles away and the shop is 0.3 miles. The cottage suits a family or a group of friends, with up to two dogs, who need to bring a car into town and want a stove for the evenings.
