Seahills

Seahills is a semi-detached house at the top of Queen's Walk in Lyme Regis, which is up a steep hill. Guests arrive in the living/dining room, where the dining table looks out to the sea. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, and the conservatory has more dining seating. A Smart TV, a DAB radio, WiFi and a selection of books and games are provided.

The two bedrooms are a super-king with a sea view, built from zip/link beds that can be set up as twins on request, and a double. Both share the family shower room, which has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

A rear patio garden is the outdoor space, and one car can park off-road. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. A Good Housekeeping bond is payable. The pub is 0.4 miles away, the shop 0.5 and the beach 0.6, so the walk back from town is uphill. It suits two couples or a family with a pet or two who want a sea view from the main bedroom and have the legs for the hill.
