Seahorse is a second-floor apartment directly on Marine Parade in Lyme Regis. Feature windows in the open-plan living space look over the sea and along the Jurassic coastline, and the room has wood flooring, a window seat, a sitting area and a dining area. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge with an ice box.

Of the two bedrooms, the king-size has its own TV and the other is a twin with two single beds. Washing facilities are one shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Parking is by permit rather than a private space: one permit is supplied for the Woodmead Halls car park, a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and spaces there are subject to availability. The nearest shop and pub are 0.1 miles away.

Pets and smoking are ruled out; a good-housekeeping bond applies. The flat suits a couple or a family of four who can do without a parking space at the door.
