Seashell

Seashell is a ground-floor apartment in a development of apartments in Lyme Regis, for up to four guests. The living space is open plan, with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area in one room, and underfloor gas central heating. The rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a hairdryer. There is a TV, a radio/CD player, Bluetooth and WiFi. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and a shower over it, the second bedroom is a twin, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower.

Two practical points to check before booking. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there are some internal steps on the way in. The parking is for one car, in a space measuring 5.6m by 2.2m, so check that it suits your car.

Outside there are communal gardens with garden furniture, with room for children to run around. The apartment does not take pets, and smoking is not allowed. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away. Seashell suits a couple or two couples travelling together, or a small family, who travel with one car.
