Seaview

Seaview is arranged over three floors, a short stroll from the town centre and seafront in Lyme Regis. The views run across the town and along the Jurassic Coast towards Portland on a clear day, and the second-floor king-size bedroom has sea views and its own en-suite shower room.

On the ground floor are a sitting room with a Smart TV, a kitchen/diner, a rear conservatory and a cloakroom. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The first floor holds the other three bedrooms, a double and two singles, served by a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over. Six can sleep in the house, and gas central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all part of the rent.

The rear garden is enclosed and mostly gravel, with planted beds and steps up to a small patio with a picnic bench. An archway leads to the allocated space for one car, which is not suitable for a larger vehicle. Extra public parking is nearby, payable on site and subject to availability. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.

The house takes a maximum of one small, well-behaved dog, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family of up to six, or a group of friends who want a bedroom with a view.
