Seaward

Seaward is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building that used to be the station hotel in Lyme Regis. The conversion kept high ceilings and stained glass windows. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.4 miles and the beach 0.5 miles. The apartment sleeps four, with everything on one level.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, and the twin bedroom shares the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and an initial supply of pods comes with the Lavazza coffee machine. There is a TV, DAB radio and WiFi, and a travel cot and highchair are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, the car park has room for one car and a bike store. The courtyard seating area is enclosed and furnished, but it is at the rear of the building, reached from the car park, and is not attached to the apartment. There are two steps to the exterior. One well-behaved dog is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The apartment suits a couple, friends or a small family who bring one car and want a flat close to the town.
