Selkie

Selkie is a ground-floor garden apartment in Lyme Regis, with a private entrance, and it sleeps four. Pubs, shops and the beach are all less than 0.25 miles away.

The hallway opens to an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area under an orangery-style roof, with a Smart TV set among the seating. The kitchen runs along one wall and has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a Nespresso machine, with space to dine opposite. Of the two bedrooms, the twin is first on the left from the hallway and faces the street. The king-size, which has a dressing area, takes its light from a light tunnel. One shower room with a WC sits between them and serves both. An air source heat pump runs underfloor heating throughout.

Four external steps lead down to the walled courtyard garden, which is private and has furniture for a morning coffee or an evening drink. There is no allocated parking: spaces are unallocated and fees apply. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00.

One dog is allowed, with additional charges that may apply. The apartment suits a couple with a dog, or a family of four, who want to walk to the pubs, shops and beach.
