Sengador

Sengador is a detached bungalow in Highcliffe, on the coast within the Christchurch area, with the beach 3 minutes' walk away. Everything is on one floor. The living and dining room has retro 1970s-style furnishings and an electric log-effect fire, and next to it the kitchen has a breakfast bar, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Three bedrooms sleep five. The main one has a zip/link super king-size bed, the double has an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and the single comes with a pull-out bed. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside there is a front lawn, plus an enclosed lawn at the back with a patio, furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Off-road parking is ample. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, there are dog walks along the cliffs, the local beach is dog friendly, and smoking is not allowed. A recreation ground with a children's playground is 5 minutes on foot, and the shop, pubs and restaurants are 10 minutes away.

Bookings are for whole weeks only and cannot start or end on a Sunday. The bungalow suits a family or friends with dogs who want everything on one level, and the beach close enough to walk to.
