Willow Way

Willow Way is a semi-detached town house beside the River Stour in Christchurch, arranged over several levels. It sleeps five in two double bedrooms and a single. Guests reach it by a shared driveway to their own entrance door.

From the entrance, a short flight of stairs goes up to the lounge, which has a Smart TV, bi-fold doors to a raised deck and a separate WC. Another flight leads to the kitchen/diner, which has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. A further landing has the first double bedroom, with a balcony, and the shower room and WC. Another flight goes up to the second double, and the single bedroom is at the top. With so many stairs, the house is not suited to anyone who finds steps hard.

The raised deck has furniture and steps down to a lawn, and there is a shared path to the water's edge where guests can launch paddleboards. The balcony has furniture for two. Parking is private and off-road for one car. Shops and pubs are within 1 mile and the beach is 3 miles away.

Two dogs are allowed, and extra charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. It suits a family or a small group who like being on a river and are comfortable with a lot of stairs.
