St Anton

St Anton is a small single-storey chalet close to Lyme Regis and within walking distance of the beach. The sitting area in the open-plan living space looks over the decked area outside, with views of the sea, and meals can be eaten out there when the weather allows.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and one shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Electric heating keeps the chalet warm. In the kitchen there are an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and the living space has a smart TV, a CD player/radio and WiFi. Linen, towels, fuel and power are part of the rent.

Parking is for one car by the property and it is not an allocated space. Any further vehicles go in the nearby car park. A shop and a pub are both 0.4 miles away, and the beach is within walking distance. Nearby places include Uplyme, Branscombe and Dalwood.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, smoking is not allowed, and the booking carries a good-housekeeping bond. It suits a couple or a family of four, particularly with dogs, who want a compact place with a sea view.
