Sunnydale

Sunnydale is a single-storey annex near Poole, laid out for two people around one double bedroom. Inside are a kitchen, a sitting room and a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate basin and WC. Corfe Mullen is 1.3 miles away and Poole itself is 4.4 miles, with Corfe Castle, Monkey World, The Tank Museum at Bovington and Sandbanks Beach all within day-trip range.

The kitchen has a combination oven, grill and microwave, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a kettle and a toaster. WiFi is available, heating is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there is a small patio area, and the off-road parking space takes one car. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 11am.

A path alongside a flower bed drops one step down to the path along the main building, so guests are asked to take care there. No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The pub, 0.6 miles away, can be reached on foot, while the shop, 1.1 miles away, is a short drive. It suits a couple who want a compact one-storey base for the Isle of Purbeck, the coast and the New Forest, and who are happy without a dog.
