Swiftsure

Swiftsure is a townhouse in Lyme Regis, with the shop, pub and beach 150 metres away and the South West Coast Path running past. It sleeps six, across a super-king, a king and a twin bedroom.

The kitchen and dining room are on the entrance floor, with an electric oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. Stairs lead up to the lounge, which has a large Smart TV and a cloakroom with a WC. The king-size bedroom is on the first floor with a family bathroom, which has a bath, a separate shower and a WC. The twin and the super-king are on the top floor, and a shower room with a WC completes the layout.

A utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. From the living room, French doors open onto a courtyard garden with seating and furniture, and there is a dog-proof area with hanging space for wetsuits and a hosepipe.

There is no parking at the house. Guests use Woodmead public car park, 160 metres away, and a paper parking permit is supplied. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. The townhouse suits a group of up to six who want the beach, a pub and a shop within 150 metres.
