The Ash Lodge

Everything at The Ash Lodge is on one level. The double bedroom has its own en-suite walk-in shower, the second bedroom is a twin, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The open-plan room joins the kitchen, a dining table for four and a sitting area with a TV, a DVD player and a CD radio. The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

The lodge stands in the countryside near Lyme Regis, 0.8 miles from the town, and looks over hills and valleys. The river is 0.4 miles off, a pub 0.6 miles, the nearest shop 0.8 miles and the beach a mile. Oil central heating and WiFi are provided, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and there are a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. A highchair and a travel cot can be provided.

A private garden at the back has decking and furniture, and the shared lawn has a picnic bench and a fenced-off wildlife pond beside it. Off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, smoking is not allowed, check-in is from 4pm, check-out is by 10am and Sunday arrivals are not accepted. Booked together with the other five units, up to 25 guests can stay. The lodge suits a couple or a small family travelling with a dog.
