The Beach House

The Beach House stands over three storeys in Bournemouth, 250 yards from the nearest beach, with a short stroll to the shops and cafes of Westbourne Arcade. Living space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and there is a utility room and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Gas central heating, TV and WiFi are in place, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent.

Four bedrooms sleep eight. Two king-size rooms each have an en-suite shower room with basin and WC. On the second floor, a family room pairs a king-size bed with an extra single, which works for parents with a young child or for teenagers sharing. The fourth room is a double. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. For small children, a highchair, travel cot and stairgate can be supplied.

Outside there is an enclosed private garden with furniture and an electric barbecue/grill. A private drive has space for two cars, with further off-road parking beyond that.

The house does not take pets, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It is decorated for Christmas with a real tree and seasonal decorations, and bookings over Christmas must be for seven nights. The Beach House suits a family or two couples with children who want separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
