The Edge Beach House

The Edge Beach House stands in Southbourne, within the Bournemouth area. Eight people can stay across four bedrooms. Three are on the entrance level: two super-king-size zip-and-link rooms, which can be set up as twins on request, and a double, with a family bathroom beside them. The fourth, a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room and its own balcony, is on the second floor. There is also a separate WC.

Upstairs on the first floor, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has underfloor heating, large sliding patio doors and a balcony. Both balconies have sea views. The kitchen has an electric double oven, an induction hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a wine fridge, and there is a Smart TV. A travel cot and highchair are available. Outside is an enclosed patio courtyard.

Two cars fit on the private parking. One dog is welcome, and additional charges may apply. Stag and hen parties are not permitted. The pub and beach are 200 metres away and the nearest shop is 0.5 miles. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.

It suits two families or a group of friends travelling together who want room for eight and a sea view from the balcony.
