The Coach House

The Coach House is a detached house in Lyme Regis, sleeping six. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining table for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC.

Two bedrooms are upstairs, and each is a family room with a double bed and a single bed. Their Velux windows have sea views. There is one bathroom, with a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

At the back is a private, enclosed patio with outdoor furniture. Two cars can park off the road. A highchair and a travel cot are available. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Strictly one well-behaved pet is welcome, and the limit is one dog only. A shop is 0.4 miles away, a pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.5 miles. It can also be booked together with Heselwood, which brings the combined capacity to 15. The house suits a family of up to six, with or without a dog, who are happy to share one bathroom.
