The Lookout

The Lookout is a split-level apartment on two floors in a Victorian conversion, with views over Cobb Harbour in Lyme Regis. The open-plan living space has wood flooring, original ceiling beams and a woodburning stove in the sitting area, with the kitchen and dining area alongside.

Of the two bedrooms, the king-size has an en-suite with a walk-in shower and looks over the harbour. The super-king-size is zip-linked and can be made up as a twin if you ask when booking, and a bathroom with a corner bath serves the rest of the apartment. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine/tumble dryer and a coffee machine, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. There is no parking at the apartment itself: guests use a public car park a short walk away, which is subject to availability and payable on site. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The shop and the pub are both 0.1 miles away, and check-in is from 4pm with check-out by 10am.

The apartment has USB charging points and gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. It suits two couples or a small family, with a dog if you like, who are happy to walk from a car park.
