The Lower Deck

The Lower Deck is a single-storey ground-floor apartment inside a private development in the middle of Lyme Regis, a secluded spot a short walk from the busier streets. French doors from the open-plan living space open onto a private patio, and the development has communal gardens as well. A large seating area has wood flooring, and there is a dining table and a kitchen with an electric oven, grill and hob.

The bedrooms are a king-size and a twin. The single bathroom has a bath and a shower over it. Underfloor gas central heating is fitted. The kitchen also has a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine/tumble dryer. A smart TV, a Blu-Ray player and a Bluetooth soundbar are provided, and nothing extra is charged for fuel, power, bed linen or towels.

Parking is one allocated space close to the main building entrance, and there is no guest or visitor parking at the development, so a second car cannot be left there. Getting into the apartment involves some internal steps, which is worth considering before booking.

Pets and smoking are both banned. Shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. The apartment suits a couple, or a small family, who want a patio of their own and a short walk to the Cobb Harbour and the beach, with a single car.
