The Penthouse

The Penthouse is a third-floor apartment in a conversion in the centre of Lyme Regis. French doors from the open-plan living space lead onto a decked terrace with furniture, and the sitting area has a feature fireplace. The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away.

The king-size bedroom has double doors onto a balcony with sea views, and an en-suite with a basin and WC. It can be made up as a twin if you ask before arrival. The second bedroom has a double bed. The separate bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Cooking is on a gas hob with an electric oven and grill, and there is a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer. There is a TV, a DVD player, a CD player, a DAB radio and WiFi. Gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels are included, and an off-road parking space takes one medium car.

Because of the height of the balcony, the apartment accepts only children over ten or babies under one. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The apartment is best for two couples, or a couple with an older child, who want a terrace and a balcony in the middle of town.
