The Portland Suite

Portland Suite is a first-floor apartment in Lyme Regis with a sea view across the gardens from the open-plan living space. The sitting area has a feature fireplace and picture windows, and the dining area has a Juliet balcony. Its kitchen has an eating area in the window, a gas hob, an electric oven and grill, a microwave, an air fryer, a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer.

Five people sleep across two bedrooms. One is a double. The other is a family room with a king-size bed and a 3ft day bed. The apartment's one bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. A gas fire and gas central heating are installed, and the rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels. The property has two internal steps.

No children under the age of 10 can stay, so the apartment is for adults or for families with older children. Parking is a single allocated off-road space, and the space measures 2.5m by 4.5m, so it takes one car only. Pets cannot stay and smoking is not allowed.

The shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the Cobb Harbour, the museum and the aquarium are within walking distance. The apartment suits a group of friends or a family with older children who want a sea view and to be on foot from the shops, bars and restaurants.
