The Stable Cottage Apartment

Two bedrooms make up The Stable Cottage Apartment, both on the ground floor: one has a double bed and the other a pair of 2ft 6in single beds. The shower room has a walk-in shower. The apartment is in the countryside near Lyme Regis, 0.8 miles from the town, and looks over hills and valleys. The river is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.6, the shop 0.8 and the beach 1 mile.

Living space is one open-plan room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment, while the sitting area has a TV, a DVD player and a CD radio. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a shared laundry room. Oil central heating and WiFi are included, along with fuel and power, bed linen and towels, and a highchair and a travel cot are available.

Outside there is a shared lawn, and a wildlife pond next to it is fenced off. Off-road parking takes two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, smoking is not allowed, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Sunday arrivals are not accepted. The apartment is one of six units that can be reserved as a block, sleeping up to 25 between them. On its own it suits two couples or a small family who want bedrooms on the ground floor.
