Tudor Cottage

Tudor Cottage stands in the centre of Lyme Regis, 200 metres from the sea, with a pub 0.1 miles away and a shop 0.3 miles away. The sitting room has a woodburning stove, the kitchen/diner has a good-sized dining table, and a door leads out to an enclosed patio garden with a table and chairs.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite. The double has a bath with a shower over, the twin has a walk-in shower, and the king-size on the second floor has a bath, with a vaulted ceiling and exposed timber beams. A cloakroom with a basin and WC is also provided. Parts of the ceilings are low because of the age of the cottage. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are a TV, a DVD player and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Logs for the stove are not, but can be bought locally.

Two parking spaces are allocated, and they are the ones clearly marked Tudor Cottage. Electric vehicles cannot be charged at the property; chargers are in the Charmouth Road car park and the Woodmead Hall car park in town. The cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog, and it is a non-smoking property.

It suits a family or two couples who want a bedroom and bathroom each, and who are happy with low ceilings.
