Upper Seascape

The living area at Upper Seascape looks over the town and the sea as far as Golden Cap and Portland. It is open-plan, with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, and there is a separate utility room. The apartment is split-level and mostly on the first floor, close to Lyme Regis and within walking distance of its beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

Outside, a decked sun terrace and a paved patio both have furniture and far-reaching views, though there are steps from the property to the garden area. Inside there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and two places to wash: a bathroom with a bath and shower over it, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The appliances include a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.

Parking is a short walk from the apartment. A permit is supplied for a public car park, with no allocated space and subject to availability.
