Westhaven

Westhaven is a split-level bungalow with views of the sea beyond Lyme Regis. One open-plan space holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with picture windows towards the coast and patio doors to the terrace. Heating is gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size on the ground floor, and a twin and a double on the first floor. The one bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and there is a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and there is a utility room.

Behind the house, the gardens have lawns, a patio, a veranda and furniture, and parking is for three cars. The town centre is within walking distance, and the nearest shop and pub are each 0.3 miles away. Entertainment is a TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, an iPod docking station and wifi.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. With one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, the house suits a family or a group of friends numbering up to six.
