Whiteleaf Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage on Sherborne Lane in Lyme Regis, a pedestrian road with no vehicle access. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.3 miles. A shared path alongside the cottage gives access to another small cottage tucked behind it.

The open-plan living space joins a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven with integral microwave, a gas hob, a fridge with ice box, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there are a TV, a CD player and WiFi. Both bedrooms are doubles and are upstairs. The one at the front looks over Sherborne Lane, while the second is more compact, with no access either side of the bed. They share a bathroom with a bath, a shower over and a heated towel rail. Gas central heating, fuel and power and bed linen are included in the rent. The kitchen opens onto a rear courtyard garden, and an enclosed, raised-level patio has furniture.

Because the lane has no vehicle access, parking is by a permit for one car in the Woodmead Halls long-stay car park on Hill Road, subject to availability. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out at 10am. Smoking is not allowed, and the cottage is pet-friendly. It suits a couple or two friends who are happy to park a short way from the front door.
