123 On The Sea - Captain's View

Captain's View is the first-floor flat at 123 On The Sea, directly on the Esplanade in Weymouth with the beach opposite and 180 degree views of Weymouth Bay. A private balcony spans the length of the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and the shop and pub are 0.1 miles away. A café, The Sandbar, occupies the ground-floor unit of the building.

Original high ceilings run through the two-bedroom flat. The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the sitting room has a reading corner and a chair overlooking the bay. The double and twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, a shower over and a heated towel rail. A Smart TV with Netflix and catch-up TV and WiFi are provided, and central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

A high chair and cot are provided, but guests bring their own cot bedding. Parking for one car is off the road at the back of the property, which has no rear access, and the nearest public pay and display car parks are about five minutes' walk away. The flat is reached up a flight of stairs and may not suit guests with reduced mobility. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out at 10am. Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a family of four or two couples who want to be on the seafront.
